Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a talented and proactive Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll focus on developing custom solutions, building integrations, and ensuring robust functionality within the Salesforce ecosystem. ### Requirements #### **Responsibilities** * Develop custom solutions using Apex, Java, HTML, and other relevant technologies. * Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems. * Design and develop Lightning components and Visualforce pages. * Write unit tests and ensure high code quality. * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance. * Collaborate with team members to implement technical solutions. #### **Must-Have Requirements** * Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce). * Proficiency in Java, HTML, and REST/SOAP APIs. * Experience with building integrations and connecting distributed systems. * Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. * Knowledge of unit testing and Salesforce best practices. * Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. #### **Soft Skills** * Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). * Ability to listen attentively and apply logic to problem-solving. * Strong follow-through and a can-do attitude. * ### Team-oriented and proactive approach. #### **Availability** Must be available for a 4-hour overlap between **15:00 and 19:00 Poland time** to ensure real-time collaboration.
