Salesforce Product Owner

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** * Define and drive the product vision for the B2B Loyalty & Commerce Portal * Translate business strategy and customer needs into actionable product backlogs and delivery plans * Lead feature development from discovery and business case definition through delivery and optimization * Prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs between customer experience, business value, and delivery capacity * Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, content, and business teams to ensure successful delivery * Monitor and improve platform KPIs related to engagement, conversion, and performance * Support the continuous enhancement of retailer and partner digital experiences * Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams in international environments * Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and product roadmap alignment * Contribute to product growth initiatives and optimization strategies **Kogo poszukujemy?** * At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in Agile environments * Proven background delivering digital products in B2B ecosystems * Strong Salesforce experience, preferably within Commerce Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and related Salesforce digital platforms * Experience managing the full product lifecycle: discovery, business case creation, delivery, optimization * Strong backlog management and prioritization skills * Ability to align and influence stakeholders without formal authority * Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe * Strong analytical and commercial mindset with KPI-driven decision making * Ability to work independently and take ownership in fast-paced environments * Excellent communication and collaboration skills in international teams * Fluent English **Czego wymagamy?** 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Product owner * Salesforce * Agile * Product management * Agile Methodologies * Backlog Management * Zarządzanie interesariuszami * Product Lifecycle Management Języki: * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 23.5k–28.6k PLN netto/m (B2B) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: W całości **Kim jesteśmy?** In the vibrant sphere of international consulting, Cyclad distinguishes itself with deep specialization in the IT/ICT sectors.
