Salesforce Support Analyst - Full Remote- Contractor

Category: IT Services Location: Fort Colombo Sri Lanka For an international organization in New York, we are urgently looking for a REMOTE Salesforce Support Analyst. Candidates need to be fluent in English. All positions are long-term. This position is open for contractors and employees. Candidates need to be able to work 4-6 hours per day in the normal office hours of New York, US. Example 9 AM NY time equals 7:30 PM. **Tasks and responsibilities:** * Work with an agile team to manage support activities for Salesforce, Conga Composer, and Form Assembly implementations; * Provide end-user support * Perform system configurations such as working with custom objects, triggers, and workflows. * Create and maintain Conga Reports; * Create and maintain Form Assembly forms/campaigns; * Create and maintain complete documentation for configuration specifications; * Assist with system maintenance; * Assist in the gathering of requirements, propose solutions and workarounds based on platform features and limitations; * Communicate technical solutions/concepts with trade-offs, risks, and benefits; * Support data activities including extracting, normalizing, mapping, and uploading data as required. Ensure data integrity through the appropriate use of de-duping and data loading tools; * Develop and conduct training sessions and update training materials; * Keep abreast with new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements; **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/related field or equivalent professional experience is required; * Demonstrated Salesforce production support experience with attention to detail and track record of delivering against objectives; * +5 years of experience configuring and deploying Salesforce solutions; * 3 years of experience in building forms and reports with Form Assembly and Conga Composer; * Knowledge of security and access control in Salesforce Lightning Enterprise Edition, project deployments, and environment management; * Fluent in English; **Interested** Please send your resume and motivation to .​ Details Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
