**Job Description** **Job Responsibilities:**  * **Coordinate Sample Desk Operations:** Act as a central point of contact for Product Management, Marketing, and Customer requests, ensuring smooth communication and workflow between departments. * **Oversee Assembly and Test Requests:** Manage and track requests for product assembly and testing at the production site to ensure timely delivery.  * **Support Customer Design Activities:** Assist customers by organizing chip deliveries and addressing their specific needs to meet project requirements.  * **Assist Development Team:** Coordinate the production of qualification lots and prototypes by managing orders with the wafer fabrication and assembly centers.  * **Maintain Production Database:** Regularly update and maintain the production database to ensure accurate tracking of activities and resources.  * **Autonomous Activity Planning:** Take full responsibility for planning and organizing your daily tasks, working independently with minimal supervision.  **Requirements:**  * **Strong Planning Skills:** Ability to effectively create and manage schedules.     * **Excellent Communication:** Clear and effective communication skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.  * **Proficient in English:** Ability to communicate professionnaly in English, both written and spoken. * **Flexible Availability:** Willingness to adjust to different time zones and meet with global teams as needed.  * **Cultural Awareness:** Ability to work well in a multicultural environment and adapt to diverse team dynamics.  * **Organized and Detail-Oriented:** Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
