This role combines deep **SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD)** expertise with strong business partnership skills to optimize **Order-to-Cash (O2C)** processes, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global colleagues across the full solution lifecycle—from **requirements gathering** and **solution design** through **implementation**, **deployment**, and **support**—while also identifying opportunities to leverage **AI-driven capabilities** within the SAP ecosystem. **Responsibilities** SAP Solution Delivery & Support * Lead the implementation of **SAP SD functionalities** across all project phases, including **analysis**, **design**, **configuration**, **testing**, **deployment**, and **hypercare support**. * Provide support for existing **SAP template functionality** and ensure system stability. * Deliver **enhancements**, **process improvements**, and **defect resolutions** aligned with business priorities. * Analyze code and identify issues to accelerate **development** and **troubleshooting**. Business Collaboration & Process Optimization * Partner with business stakeholders to understand **commercial** and **operational requirements**. * Translate business needs into **functional** and **technical specifications**. * Balance **standard SAP capabilities** with innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business value. * Support **continuous improvement initiatives** across the **Order-to-Cash (O2C)** process. Knowledge Leadership & Team Collaboration * Work closely with **cross-functional SAP teams**, including **Finance**, **Supply Chain**, **Procurement**, and **Technology** teams. * Act as a recognized **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** within key functional areas. * Provide **knowledge transfer** to support teams, trainers, subject matter experts, and external consultants. * Contribute to **global project initiatives** and **best-practice sharing** across regions. Innovation & AI Enablement * Identify opportunities to leverage **Artificial Intelligence (AI)** and **automation** within **SAP Sales & Distribution** processes. * Support the implementation of **AI-driven use cases** across the **Order-to-Cash lifecycle**. * Contribute to TD SYNNEX's **digital transformation strategy** through innovative technology solutions. **Knowledge, Skills and Experience** * **5–7 years** of experience as an **SAP SD Consultant** or in a similar **ERP consulting** role. * Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting **SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)** solutions. * Solid understanding of **Order-to-Cash (O2C)** business processes and their integration with SAP. * Experience working within **SAP ECC 6.7 environments** is required. Exposure to **S/4HANA** is considered an advantage. * Strong **analytical skills** with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. * Ability to collaborate effectively in an **international** and **cross-functional environment**. * Experience with **AI**, **automation**, or **intelligent process optimization** within ERP environments is an advantage. * **Fluent English** is required; an additional European language is considered a plus. **What We Offer** We provide competitive compensation with annual salary reviews.
