Sap Solution Architect – Order-To-Cash

**Department:** Digital – Enterprise Solutions **Position Summary:** We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process to join our global transformation program. This role will be pivotal in designing and implementing a state-of-the-art SAP S/4HANA architecture that supports end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring seamless integration with related systems and driving digitalization across the enterprise. **Key Responsibilities:** **Solution Design & Architecture:** * Develop and maintain the SAP S/4HANA solution architecture for O2C processes, including Sales, Billing, Credit Management, and Integration with CRM and external platforms. * Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and integration strategies (e.g., PLM, CAD, Salesforce). **Implementation & Integration:** * Lead greenfield fit-to-standard implementations for O2C in SAP S/4HANA. * Design and manage integration with SAP Cloud solutions and third-party systems using APIs, Microservices, and SAP Integration Suite. **Governance & Standards:** * Define technological principles and architecture strategies for SAP O2C landscape. * Introduce modern patterns such as DevOps and CI/CD for SAP environments. **Collaboration & Leadership:** * Work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), SMEs, and implementation partners to ensure process consistency. * Provide guidance and mentorship to internal teams on SAP best practices. **Documentation & Compliance:** * Prepare detailed design documents, test cases, and training materials. * Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory standards. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP architecture with a focus on O2C processes. * Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations * Strong knowledge of SAP SD, Billing, Credit Management, and integration with CRM systems. * Familiarity with agile delivery models. **Preferred Qualifications:** * SAP certifications in S/4HANA and/or O2C modules. * Experience with SAP Cloud solutions and hybrid architectures. * Knowledge of compliance frameworks and performance KPIs for O2C processes. **Tools & Platforms:** * SAP S/4HANA (Order-to-Cash, SD, Billing) * SAP Cloud Platform * SAP Integration Suite / SAP Cloud Integration Gateway * Salesforce (for CRM integration) **We Offer**  Freedom with responsibility is the framework for HBK’s employees.
