Scada Engineer – Aveva System Platform

**Key Responsibilities** **System Design & Architecture** •    Design scalable and maintainable SCADA architectures using AVEVA System Platform •    Develop object-based architecture, templates, and standards •    Define system topology, redundancy, and data flow **Development & Implementation** •    Configure InTouch HMI applications •    Develop graphics aligned with ISA 101 guidelines •    Implement alarm management strategy (priority, classification, suppression) •    Configure AVEVA Historian for data collection, optimization, and reporting •    Develop scripts (QuickScript / .NET) for automation logic **Integration** •    Integrate SCADA with Siemens and Rockwell PLCs •    Configure communication through OPC, DA/UA, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP •    Implement MES / ERP integration and database connectivity (SQL) **Project Execution & Leadership** •    Lead SCADA project execution from design to commissioning •    Coordinate with engineering, operations, and IT teams •    Ensure project timelines, quality, and documentation standards **Support & Troubleshooting** •    Diagnose and resolve system issues (communication, data errors, performance) •    Monitor system health, optimize performance, and ensure uptime •    Support production systems and continuous improvements **Mandatory Skills** •    Strong hands-on experience in: o    AVEVA System Platform (Application Server, Galaxy Repository) o    InTouch HMI (Modern / Classic) o    AVEVA Historian •    Proven experience in SCADA architecture and deployment •    Integration experience with Siemens / Rockwell PLCs •    Strong knowledge of industrial protocols •    SQL/database experience •    Strong debugging and troubleshooting skillset
