Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using the scale system. * Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and billing documentation. * Provide professional customer service to drivers, customers, and internal teams. * Coordinate with plant operations to support efficient material movement and dispatch activities. * Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks while adhering to safety and company procedures. * Perform administrative duties, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting, as needed. **What Are We Looking For** * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships. * Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn scale, dispatch, and administrative software. * Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment. * Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality results. **Work Environment** * Temporary position based in Calgary, Alberta, with the primary work location in Northwest Calgary. Occasional coverage will also be required at the Southeast Calgary location and in Cochrane, Alberta. * Reliable transportation is required. Public transportation is not a viable option due to work schedules and locations. * Fast-paced office environment within an active aggregate operation. * Regular interaction with drivers, customers, and site personnel. * Work may require sitting for extended periods and occasional movement throughout the site. * Must be able to work assigned schedules and adapt to changing operational requirements. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly pay ranging from $24.00 - $27.00 /hour * Opportunities for training, development, career growth within a global organization.
