Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Psychologist in Longmont, CO. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. We welcome new clinicians and seasoned professionals alike! **Why Join Us** --------------- * Competitive pay (Up to $68/hour) + steady school-year schedule * W-2 employment with liability insurance included * Healthcare benefits\* + 401(k) with company match * Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses * Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses   **What You’ll Do** ------------------ * Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments * Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation * Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions * Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation * Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff * Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs * Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports * Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations   **What We’re Looking For** -------------------------- * Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent) * Valid Colorado CDE Certification (required by start date) * Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills * School-based experience preferred, not required * NASP membership a plus   **About Ampersand Therapy** --------------------------- Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
