**Job Title:** School Psychologist **Pay Range:** $68-75/hr ** Job Description:** **School Psychologist | Shoreline, WA | Full Time** Ampersand Therapy is hiring a **School Psychologist** in the **Shoreline, Washington area**. This assignment will run from end of August to November 2026. We are a women- and therapist-founded company working to elevate the employment experience for school-based professionals. Join a supportive team and help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally in a welcoming, local school district. **Job Highlights:** * Location: Shoreline, WA * Position: School Psychologist * Setting: In-person, school-based position * Schedule: Full Time, 1.0 FTE * Assignment Dates: August - November 2026 **Responsibilities:** * Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations * Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments * Prepare clear and thorough evaluation reports * Participate in eligibility, evaluation, and Individualized Education Program meetings * Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers * Assist school teams with students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs * Support the development and implementation of appropriate interventions * Provide consultation regarding special education eligibility, programming, and student supports * Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state, federal, and district requirements * Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-based planning **Qualifications:** * Master’s or educational specialist degree in School Psychology * Valid **Washington State Educational Staff Associate certificate** with a School Psychologist endorsement * Must have current fingerprints on file with OSPI or be willing to complete * Strong assessment, report-writing, communication, and collaboration skills * Previous school-based experience preferred **Benefits & Perks:** * Paid Sick Leave * Healthcare Benefits\* * 401(k) with company matching\* * Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional development * W-2 employee status with liability insurance coverage * Referral bonuses * No non-compete clause (\*Healthcare benefits available for 0.8 FTE or higher after a short waiting period) **Why Work With Ampersand Therapy?** Ampersand Therapy is a local, women- and therapist-operated company founded by providers who understand what it’s like to work in schools.
