Here, you will make an impact by: * _Plan, coordinate, and execute hands-on educational workshops (in-office, regional, or events)_ * _Manage event logistics including scheduling, materials, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up_ * _Discussions clinical evidence and reviews podium presentations for peer-to-peer CE programs in conjunction with KOLs and Healthcare compliance_ * _Provide support for clinical education initiatives and help manage relationships with professional associations and universities._ * _Support clinical education efforts by presenting on relevant clinical topics to customers and internal teams_ * _Maintains all contracting, reporting and payment responsibilities for healthcare professionals engaged with [Solventum](https://himalayas.app/companies/solventum) in collaboration with Global SEE Operations team_ **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, [Solventum](https://himalayas.app/companies/solventum) requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment ### OR * High School/ GED/ AND nine (9) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: * _Five (5) years Clinical or technical Dental experience_ Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: * Master's degree from an accredited university * Skills include proficiency in virtual education and public speaking * Licensed Dentist, Dental Hygienist or Dental Assistant * Experience with Digital workflows in Dentistry * Experience with implementation adult learning programs * Proficient public speaking and presentations skills ​ * Proficiency and experience in project management ### Work location: Remote- USA OR Canada **Travel: May include up to 40% domestic/international** ### Relocation Assistance: May be authorized **Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).** ### Supporting Your Well-being [Solventum](https://himalayas.app/companies/solventum) offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. The expected compensation range for this position is $110,224 - $136,784 CAD, which reflects the anticipated base salary for this role.
