The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience working within a control room environment, including monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, managing access control, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate and timely reporting. A high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, security-focused environment are required. **Duties include but are not limited to:** * Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to ensure site safety and security * Coordinate day-to-day security operations within the control room environment * Manage access control, including staff, contractor, and visitor entry * Respond to and document incidents accurately and in a timely manner * Support emergency response procedures as required, including escalation and coordination **Requirements:** * Full Australian working rights * Valid Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement * Current First Aid and CPR certification * Valid driver’s licence * Ability to work a 24/7 rotational roster * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a control room operator role (preferred) * Experience using Gallagher systems (desirable) * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing * High level of attention to detail and accuracy  ​ **Master Licence Number:** 409-987-30S **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
