Security Engineer

**Job Title** Security Engineer (Data Centre, JOHOR) **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** * Conduct routine security site walks across Data Halls, Storage Rooms, and Office Spaces to validate: * Door and badge reader functionality * Security device status (e.g., cameras, sensors) * Identify and report: * Security incidents * Safety hazards * Hardware anomalies or malfunctions * Bring in vendors during projects such as: * Camera or badge reader installs * Physical security retrofits * Support critical security events (e.g., destruction events, media anomalies) as directed * Maintain accurate daily status reports * Attend regular team meetings and briefings * Comply with PPE requirements and non-disclosure agreements * Participate in access control onboarding and provide presence in leased spaces **Requirements:** * Diploma holder * 2 years of relevant on-site working experience * Familiarity with Data Centre operations or COLO environments * Clear, accurate report writing and data entry skills * Ability to work flexible shifts and travel between sites as needed * Strong situational awareness and adherence to safety/security protocols INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
