To find out more visit our website at **[www.msssecurity.com.au](http://www.msssecurity.com.au/).** **About the role** We are seeking a motivated and professional Security Officer to join our team on an **exciting new contract b****ased in Collie** This role is primarily responsible for maintaining a strong security presence while remaining alert, proactive, and focused at all times. You will become part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the public. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and assist tenants and members of the public in a professional manner * Maintain vigilance and monitor activities to support asset protection * Conduct regular foot patrols across the premises, including: * Internal building patrols (including high-level areas) * External perimeter patrols * Monitor CCTV systems and radio communication networks * Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all enquiries * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and building management * Complete accurate and timely incident reports * Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures ### **Skills and Experience** * Certificate II in Security Operations and a valid WA Security Licence * Current First Aid and CPR certification * Experience in corporate or commercial building security * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to remain alert and respond effectively under pressure * Full WA Driver’s Licence ### **Desirable (Advantageous) Qualifications** * Drug & Alcohol (D&A) Testing qualification * Certificate II in Medical Response * Advanced First Aid certification **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
