This role combines visible security oversight with exceptional customer service—assisting guests, sharing information, and helping create a positive and memorable experience. **Duties include but are not limited to:** * Greet and welcome all visitors to the gallery in a professional and friendly manner * Patrol areas to maintain a safe, welcoming, and customer-focused environment * Guide and assist visitors during busy periods while ensuring smooth and safe crowd control * Oversee visitor adherence to rules for photography, refreshments, and exhibits * Assist visitors needing additional help, including first-time guests, families, or those traveling, in navigating exhibitions and gallery spaces   **Skills & Experience:** * Full Australian Working Rights * Certificate II in security operations (Or higher) * A valid Victorian Security License (Control Room License preferred but not essential) * Drivers License * Valid First Aid and CPR * Employee Working with Children's Check * Customer service experience * 24\*7 Availability Required - Including weekends **Master Licence Number**: 409-987-30S **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
