MSS Security is seeking professional and reliable Defence Security Relievers to support operations across four Defence sites: **Glenbrook, Holsworthy, Richmond and Orchard Hills**. This unique position offers the opportunity to work across multiple Defence environments, gain broad operational experience, and build a rewarding long-term career within the Defence sector. **Are you someone who thrives in high - trust environments and takes pride in doing things the right way?** You are professional, adaptable and committed to delivering high standards of security and customer service. You enjoy working in a team environment while also being confident working independently when required. **About you:** * **Australian Citizenship** - required for Defence security clearance eligibility * A current **Security License** valid in NSW * **Baseline Defence Clearance** or must be willing to obtain a Baseline Clearance * Excellent **communication skills** and the ability to interact confidently with Defence personnel and site stakeholders * The ability to **remain calm under pressure** and make sound decisions * A strong sense of **integrity**, **accountability**, and **attention to detail** Previous security experience is advantageous but not essential.
