This dynamic role offers a blend of control room operations, roving duties, and concierge/front-of-house responsibilities. **Duties include but are not limited to:** * Manage access control at the main entrance, ensuring only authorised staff, contractors, and visitors enter the site in line with security procedures * Deliver front desk and concierge services including greeting visitors, verifying appointments, registering guests, issuing visitor passes, and directing them appropriately * Operate within the Control Room, monitoring CCTV footage, responding to alarms, and managing the site’s access control system via Gallagher software * Provide consistent, high-quality customer service at all times. **Requirements:** * Must be an Australian Citizen * Hold an NV1 Clearance or willing to obtain * Valid Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement * Current First Aid and CPR certification * Willingness to undergo a site-specific clearance pack and complete a police check * Ability to work a 24/7 rotational roster * Minimum 2 years’ experience within the security industry (preferred) * Experience using Gallagher systems (desirable) * Ability to work across control room, concierge, and roving duties * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing * High level of attention to detail and accuracy ​ **Master Licence Number:** 409-987-30S **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
