The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience working within a control room environment, including monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, managing access control but also roving duties and customer service. This position requires **24/7 availability**, including weekends. **Duties include but are not limited to:** * Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control to maintain a safe and secure environment. * Conduct regular foot patrols and roving security duties across the site. * Provide exceptional customer service and concierge support to staff, visitors, and contractors. * Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms while completing accurate reports and documentation. * Coordinate control room operations, manage site access, and support emergency response procedures. **Requirements:** * Full Australian working rights * Valid Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement * Current First Aid and CPR certification * Valid driver’s licence * 24/7 availability, including weekends. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a control room operator role (preferred) * Experience using Gallagher systems (desirable) * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing * High level of attention to detail and accuracy  ​ **Master Licence Number:** 409-987-30S **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
