This is not a standard security role.You will be the **first point of contact in high-pressure situations**, trusted to respond rapidly, assess risk, and take control when incidents occur. Operating across multiple sites, often at short notice, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety, protecting assets, and ensuring continuity of operations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in making sound decisions when it matters most, this role offers challenge, variety, and real responsibility. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Rapid deployment across multiple CBD sites as operational needs arise * Act as the **primary responder** to alarms, incidents, and emergencies * Assess situations quickly and implement appropriate actions with confidence * Monitor and operate access control systems and CCTV * Deliver calm, professional, and customer-focused service under pressure * Conduct proactive internal and external patrols to mitigate risk * Escort visitors and contractors in line with strict security protocols * Maintain accurate records including visitor logs and key registers * Liaise effectively with site teams, supervisors, and emergency services **About You** ------------- You are calm under pressure, highly accountable, and capable of making critical decisions in real time.
