This is a Monday to Friday position, where you will be a key part of the front-line security presence, creating a positive first impression while supporting the day-to-day operations of the site. **Key Responsibilities:** * Managing and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner * Answering and directing incoming phone calls * Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in and sign-out procedures * Issuing access passes and assisting with site access requirements * Monitoring CCTV footage and reporting any incidents or concerns when required * Providing a high level of customer service while maintaining site security standards **Requirements:** * Full Australian Working Rights * A valid Victorian Security License (Control Room License preferred but not essential) * First Aid & CPR (Or willing to obtain) * Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors * Previous experience in a security, reception, administration, or customer service role is highly regarded * Basic computer skills with the ability to use email and general computer systems confidently   **Master License Number:** 409-987-30S **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
