This position is an excellent opportunity for those with strong customer service skills to begin a career in security. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal and external patrols, acting as the first point of contact for retail staff and customers, and providing a strong visible presence to deter and maintain a safe and secure environment.   **Duties include but are not limited to:** * Maintain a strong, visible security presence to support retailers with loss prevention, safety, and asset protection. * Respond rapidly and professionally to security incidents and escalate when needed. * Provide excellent customer service and directions to customers as required. * Observe and promptly report incidents, completing clear and accurate documentation. * Perform routine patrols throughout the centre, both internally and externally, to maintain safety and security.   **Requirements:** * Full Australian Working Rights * Current **NSW Security Licence** * Certificate II in security operations (Or higher) * Current Driver’s Licence * Valid First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain) * The ability to work a **24\*7** rotational roster, including weekends   **Master licence:** 408742075 **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
