To find out more visit our website at **[www.msssecurity.com.au](http://www.msssecurity.com.au/).** **About the role** We are seeking Relief Security Officers to work at Homes Victoria sites spread across Melbourne. **Duties include but are not limited to:** * Monitor and authorise entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons. * Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows and gates. * Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances. * Provide assistance to residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. * Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order. * Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems. * Conduct regular inspections and write reports to ensure security and safety equipment is functioning properly. **You must be available to work across the below locations.** * Carlton * Collingwood * Fitzroy * Prahran * Park Towers * Emerald Hill * Richmond * North Melbourne * Williamstown * Debney Park **Requirements:** * Full Australian working rights. * Valid Security Security Licence. * Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain). * Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain). * Valid Victorian Drivers Licence. * Good communication skills and the ability to report incidents clearly and accurately. * Ability to stand or walk for extended periods. * Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently and prior experience working in a challenging environment. **Master License Number:** 409-987-30S **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
