To find out more visit our website at **[www.msssecurity.com.au](http://www.msssecurity.com.au/).** **About the role** MSS Security is seeking a **Security Site Lead** to oversee the daily operations of security services at a Data Centre located in Melbourne. **_This position requires a Positive Vetting clearance. A competitive allowance of up to $20,000 per year will be provided to successful applicants who hold or obtain the clearance._** **Duties include but are not limited to:** * **Team leadership**: Lead, support and mentor a team of up to 15 security officers, managing performance, attendance and presentation. * **Security operations:** Oversee daily security operations, ensuring site procedures and client requirements are upheld. * **Site compliance:** Conduct site inspections and toolbox briefings to ensure security officers maintain required licences and training. * **Incident management:** Respond to and manage security incidents and emergencies, ensuring appropriate escalation and documentation. * **Operational coverage:** Manage shift drops and site coverage. * **Client relationship management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to service requests. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in a security team leader, supervisory or managerial role. * Prior data centre experience is highly regarded. * Must be an **Australian Citizen.** * Hold or willing to obtain a Positive Vetting clearance (sponsorship available). * Must be able to supply background information including (but not limited to) referees, past addresses, overseas travel, education etc. * Valid Victorian Security Licence. **Master Licence Number:** 409-987-30S **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
