Semi Equipment Technician

* Work on mold & trim and form system downtime and major follow-ups of the day * Carry out mold PM per schedule and follow PM procedure * Ensure all machine repair & buy-off checklists are being updated accordingly * Perform equipment setup, calibration and verification after maintenance. * Feedback on any machine spares requirement for machine utilization improvement / machine sustaining / CIP’s * Proper follow up and documentation on rectification performed to engineers and supervisors * Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures before breakdown occurs. * Maintain good housekeeping (5S) in production line and maintenance area #LI-DNI
