Senior Accountant Accounting Lead

We want to lead and build on your passion for finance, scalable accounting processes, and data management and implementation. _Design Accounting and Tax Set-up and processes to drive enterprise value_ * Constantly improve Accounting and Tax processes across our 4 legal entities and global set-up * Reiterate and improve on our current group-wide entity set-up from an Accounting and Tax vantage point * Desing Transfer Pricing Policies _Safeguard statutory complaince_ * _Own accounting and tax filings_ * _Actively influence Policy Making (e.g., expense management, travel, asset activation)_ _Manage Daily Operations_ * Manage and review recurring accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, local VAT, and payroll accounting. * Perform intercompany and general account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency * Act as the main point of contact for senior external and internal stakeholders * Support the CFO with both operational and strategic tasks. _Monthly and Annual Financial Statements_ * Own and contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. * Support the coordination and execution of the annual audit and external financing rounds. * Completed training as an Accounting Clerk or equivalent qualification. * Expert knowledge of financial accounting and taxation under Swiss accounting and reporting standards. * Hands-on experience with Swiss Tax and Group Accounting  * Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., Start-Up, Scale-Up, Consulting, Audit firm) * At least 7 years of professional experience in a finance-related role, preferably within a start-up or scale-up setting. * A self-driven and collaborative mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication skills in German and English. * Accelerate your career growth: Join Europe’s leading workplace management software company and unlock rapid professional development. * Steer a Swiss Start-Up through its growth and internationalisation journey to deliver strategic impact * Cutting-edge technologies & autonomy:Enjoy high levels of autonomy, access to the latest tech, and a dynamic international work environment. * Regular physical exchanges such as Company-wide summit and team-wide Bursts * Home office equipment and Co-working budgets  * Learning and development: Invest in your future with a yearly development budget for coaching, certifications, and conferences.
