Senior Accountant

**Summary:** **Duties & Responsibilities:** * Supporting the global consolidation processes including accounting for the impact of foreign exchange rates and elimination of intercompany balances and investment in subsidiaries. * Identify areas for improvement on internal processes and controls to develop efficiencies within the intercompany and consolidation process. * Work with regional finance teams to align intercompany accounting policies and procedures. * Assist with the Company’s SOX 404 program and develop and maintain process and controls documentation as needed. * Prepare journal entries related to general ledger accounts. * Working closely with IT for Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) maintenance as ARM administrator. * Performing various month-end reconciliations and working to resolve any intercompany discrepancies * Interface effectively with numerous individuals both inside and outside the Company, including the external auditors, to address and resolve accounting issues. * Assist with ad-hoc requests and support month-end close and review process. **Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:**
