Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator

The Senior AR Administrator insures the timely and accurate disbursement of student credit balances from financial aid and cash. In addition, the Senior AR Administrator will reconcile student operating accounts, posts incoming wire payments and Financial aid EFT disbursements. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Processes Title IV credit balances and Non-Title IV overages as stipend checks * Processes refunds resulting from overpayments or student withdrawals * Liaison for our bank servicer * Handles banking issues such as charge backs * Reconciles credit card payments and updates logs * Sends monthly invoices to our inactive student body * Assists with student calls, emails, and walk-ins when needed **Other Responsibilities:** * Adheres to the policies and procedures of Full Sail University * Adheres to company attendance standards * Supports AR Department by meeting and talking with students reaching out for assistance * Performs other duties as assigned **Supervisory Responsibilities: No** **Competencies:** * Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Detail oriented * Ability to multi-task and work independently * Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment **Education and/or Experience:** * Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field preferred * Previous experience with data entry or financial services **Computer/Equipment Skills:** * Proficiency using software programs such as MS Work, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook **Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:** Work is performed in office environment.
