and maintain business rules, data standards, critical data elements, data definitions, stewardship procedures, and data quality controls.  * Perform data profiling, analysis, root cause investigation, and remediation activities using SQL, Snowflake, and related data tools.  * Develop and monitor data quality metrics, dashboards, and governance scorecards that improve data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and accountability.  * Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, governance artifacts, test evidence, and user guidance.  * Identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes, data quality, operational efficiency, and the user experience.  **What you will need (Required)**  * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information enterprise data operations.  * Practical experience supporting Master Data Management solutions, data stewardship processes, or governed enterprise data domains.  * Experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements and translating them into functional data or application requirements.  * Experience with data profiling, root cause analysis, issue remediation, business rules, data standards, and data quality controls.  * Working proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing data in Snowflake or a comparable cloud data platform.  * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex data issues across connected systems and processes.  * Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions across business and technical teams.  * Ability to work independently under general direction, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across global time zones.  * Adhere to all company rules and requirements, including Environmental Health & Safety rules, and take adequate control measures to prevent injuries, protect the environment, and prevent pollution under their span of influence or control.  **What else we look for (Preferred)**  * Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud MDM SaaS, Semarchy MDM, or another enterprise multi-domain MDM platform.  * Experience with Healthcare Professional, Supplier, Customer, Product, or other enterprise master data domains.  * Experience supporting an MDM modernization or migration program, including business validation, testing, cutover readiness, and user adoption.  * Experience with Snowflake-based data solutions and integrations among MDM, source applications, and downstream consumers.  * Experience developing data quality dashboards, governance scorecards, stewardship workflows, or operating procedures.  * Relevant industry experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or another regulated environment.  **Additional information**  * Develops solutions to a variety of complex data management problems and exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques after considering business, data quality, governance, and technical implications.  * Works with general direction focused on end results and may provide guidance to less-experienced team members or data stewards.  * Travel may be required up to 5%.  **Benefits and equal opportunity**  Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.  Edwards, Edwards Lifesciences, and the
