**Key Responsibilities**
* Serve as the technical expert for optical inspection systems for Semiconductor and Advanced Packaging applications.
* Develop and execute comprehensive application and system-level test plans to validate performance against product specifications.
* Develop, optimize, and validate inspection recipes to meet customer requirements and manufacturing use cases.
* Work closely with customers to understand process challenges, defect mechanisms, and inspection requirements, translating into system and application solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems, Software, Algorithms, Product Engineering, and Marketing, to drive product development and deployment.
* Analyze experimental results, generate technical reports, and present findings and recommendations to engineering teams, management, and customers.
* Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including characterization, performance validation, beta testing, and customer evaluations.
* Provide technical training and application support to customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective product deployment and adoption.
* Support onsite customer activities, including tool evaluations, troubleshooting, process development, recipe optimization, and performance demonstrations.
* Contribute to product requirements definition, feature prioritization, and future roadmap planning based on customer feedback and application needs.
* Maintain detailed documentation related to application development, characterization studies, validation results, and customer support activities.
* Must be willing and able to travel internationally at least **30%** of the time, with additional travel as business needs require.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
