Headquartered in Singapore, SJ is a diverse collective of experts delivering sustainable and high-impact solutions across the built environment. **Role Overview** The Senior Architect will lead the architectural design and delivery of major airport terminal works for a large-scale aviation development in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for managing architectural design teams, coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, compliant, and sustainable design solutions across terminal facilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the architectural design team for airport terminal works in Jeddah. * Oversee architectural design development from concept through detailed design and construction support. * Coordinate architectural design activities with MEP, structural, civil, baggage handling, airside, and other specialist disciplines. * Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, aviation standards, airport authority requirements, and project specifications. * Review and approve architectural drawings, technical reports, design deliverables, and client presentations. * Manage design coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders. * Provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and mentoring to project teams. * Support design reviews, value engineering, risk management, and project planning throughout the project lifecycle. **Requirements** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline. * Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design for large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects. * Proven experience leading multidisciplinary architectural design teams. * Strong experience in the design and delivery of airport terminal buildings or major aviation facilities. * Demonstrated expertise in multidisciplinary coordination, stakeholder management, and design interface management. * In-depth knowledge of aviation design standards, building codes, and Saudi regulatory requirements. * Strong leadership, communication, technical review, and quality assurance skills. * Proficiency in industry-standard architectural design and coordination software. **How to Apply** Please submit your application through our official careers portal.
