This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of **finance, investments, fund management, and digital infrastructure**, partnering with investment professionals, asset managers, legal and tax specialists, and global stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting complex investment structures, managing financial operations, and helping drive the growth of a rapidly expanding platform. What You'll Do -------------- As part of the Finance & Administration team, you will support a broad range of activities across fund and investment operations, including: * Managing cash flows, capital calls, and financial operations for funds and special purpose vehicles (SPVs/SPCs) * Supporting accounting, tax, and financial reporting requirements * Analyzing and addressing accounting matters under both JGAAP and IFRS * Coordinating with internal teams and external advisors on fund and investment-related matters * Supporting fund formation and investment structuring initiatives * Assisting with financial analysis related to investments, development projects, and portfolio activities * Participating in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives, including system implementation projects * Building effective working relationships with global stakeholders and service providers What We're Looking For ---------------------- ### Required Qualifications * Experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, fund operations, or related fields * Knowledge of JGAAP and/or IFRS * Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment * Fluent Japanese and professional English communication skills ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience with investment funds, TMKs, real estate finance, infrastructure finance, or similar structures * Experience within real estate, infrastructure, digital infrastructure, or investment management industries * Exposure to fund administration, fund structuring, or SPV management * Experience with systems such as HFM, Yardi, ERP platforms, or similar financial reporting tools * Experience working with global teams and cross-border transactions Why Join Us? ------------ ### Work on Industry-Defining Investments Be part of a team supporting investments in digital infrastructure, one of the most important growth sectors globally. ### Broad Exposure Gain hands-on experience across: * Investments * Fund operations * Financial reporting * Accounting and tax matters * Fund formation and structuring * Development and operational projects ### Global Collaboration Work closely with investment, legal, tax, asset management, and finance teams across Japan and internationally. ### Career Development This role offers significant opportunities to expand your responsibilities and develop into a leadership position, including progression toward Manager-level responsibilities.
