Through our recruitment, career development and employee-focused programming, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment where high-performance talent of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives can build careers within this exciting and growing industry._ **Job Description** Key Responsibilities -------------------- ### Leasing & Business Development * Lead leasing activities for logistics facilities across the Greater Tokyo (Kanto) region. * Identify and develop new customer relationships across a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, retail, apparel, manufacturing, logistics, and third-party logistics providers. * Manage and expand relationships with existing tenants and key customer accounts. * Drive new business opportunities that create value for customers and strategic partners. * Promote collaborative initiatives and customer-focused solutions that enhance the tenant experience and strengthen long-term partnerships ### Market Development & Sales Strategy * Develop leasing strategies for available and newly developed logistics assets. * Evaluate property positioning, product competitiveness, and market opportunities to maximize occupancy performance. * Gather and analyze market intelligence, customer demand trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. * Support property marketing initiatives, customer presentations, seminars, and leasing events. * Work proactively to secure transactions in a competitive and rapidly evolving market environment. ### Relationship Management * Build and maintain strong partnerships with brokerage firms and industry intermediaries. * Collaborate closely with customers throughout the leasing lifecycle, from initial engagement through contract execution and ongoing tenant support. * Engage with customer decision-makers at multiple organizational levels, including senior executives and business leaders. * Represent GLP externally while strengthening the company's reputation as the leading logistics real estate provider in Japan. ### Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner with internal stakeholders across investment management, land acquisition, project management, property management, and design teams. * Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements are addressed effectively from both operational and strategic perspectives. * Contribute ideas that improve asset competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and overall portfolio performance. **Reporting Relationships** Managing Director, Project Management, Real Estate Japan _There is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
