About your manager ------------------ [Tomáš Karas](http://www.linkedin.com/in/tomas-karas-b0bbab35/) is our Director who leads our team of data experts and business intelligence projects. On projects, he works as a data architect and project manager in one and, together with his teams, helps build large data warehouses, or uses data to simplify and automate processes, thus saving our clients 1000 days of boring operational work. When he is not working, you can either see him with the team somewhere after work for a drink, or he takes care of a small home zoo, including four children and about 80 guinea pigs from their family farm. Job description & summary ------------------------- You will work with large and complex datasets, helping clients transform their data into meaningful insights and business value. You will guide junior colleagues, collaborate directly with clients, and contribute to the design and implementation of modern data solutions. * Create and maintain data models * Define data transformation and business rules * Design and implement reports and dashboards * Prepare functional and technical solution designs * Lead and mentor junior colleagues * Work with large databases and identify key business insights * Collaborate directly with client stakeholders * Drive data quality and process improvement initiatives * Support end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects * Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation What matters to us ------------------ * 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, BI, or related fields * Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, data warehousing, data quality, and data governance * Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar analytical tools What will help you stand out ---------------------------- * Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP * Knowledge of Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, or similar modern data architecture concepts * Experience with master data management and data governance initiatives * Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills * Experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle from analysis to implementation * Ability to lead, coach, and develop junior team members Why you’ll love working here ---------------------------- * **Professional growth** that matches your ambitions and pace.
