Senior Business Analyst

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** **YOU WILL** * Work closely with the Product Owner to understand customer needs and translate them into clear business and technical requirements * Gather and analyze requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys * Translate business needs into well-structured user stories, functional requirements, and specifications for engineering teams * Analyze data to support decision-making and assess the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions * Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms to extract, analyze, and visualize data * Model current and future processes using diagrams, flowcharts, and other process-mapping techniques * Prepare clear documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), and user stories * Collaborate with customers, users, Product Owners, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of internal processes * Assess priorities and potential risks and proactively recommend appropriate solutions **Kogo poszukujemy?** **MUST HAVE** * Proven experience as a **Business Analyst, Data Analyst**, or in a similar analytical role * **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills** * Experience working with large data sets and translating data into meaningful business insights * Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements * Practical experience in writing user stories * Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as **Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau** * Experience working with **Jira and Confluence** * Experience working on large-scale and complex projects or initiatives * Ability to assess priorities, identify risks, and propose practical solutions * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Very good command of English **NICE TO HAVE** * Experience with Workload Automation tools * Hands-on experience with Control-M * Experience working in complex enterprise environments * Familiarity with process modelling and continuous improvement methodologies **Czego wymagamy?** 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * MS Excel * SQL * Tableau * Jira * Confluence Języki: * Polski * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 16.8k–21.8k PLN netto/m (B2B) * 12k–15.6k PLN brutto/m (Umowa o pracę) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Hybrydowo * Szkolenia wewnętrzne * Pakiet medyczny, Ubezpieczenie, Pakiet sportowy * Kawa / Herbata * Parking rowerowy * Pakiet relokacyjny **Kim jesteśmy?** Od 20 lat wspieramy liderów IT, dostarczając technologie, ekspertów i pełne wsparcie operacyjne - w tym legalizację pobytu i pracy międzynarodowych specjalistów IT Do naszych projektów poszukujemy specjalistów Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, specjalistów od mobile, testerów oprogramowania, administratorów sieci i systemów i wielu innych.
