Senior Business Analyst

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** * Leading and structuring Discovery phases, turning business needs into a clear understanding of scope, requirements, assumptions, risks and solution directions * Defining the business analysis approach for each project by selecting appropriate methods * Planning, preparing and facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders, SMEs, UX/UI Designers, Architects and engineering teams * Translating business needs into structured requirements, user flows, business rules, process models and preliminary backlog items * Identifying and validating key unknowns, assumptions, dependencies and risks early in the project * Analysing the current state and defining the desired future state and potential solution direction * Coordinating collaboration between business and technology stakeholders * Co-creating project scope, delivery plans and roadmaps * Supporting estimation and delivery planning * Communicating findings, recommendations and decisions to business and technical audiences, including senior stakeholders * Using AI-assisted tools to accelerate analytical activities while critically validating generated outputs * Fully remote, short-term project with an estimated duration of approximately 3 months **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements: * Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in complex digital or IT projects * Strong hands-on experience in Discovery, from problem framing to estimation and delivery planning * Excellent workshop facilitation skills with cross-functional groups and senior stakeholders * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to work with incomplete information and high uncertainty * Ability to select and adapt business analysis methods to project needs * Practical experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, user-flow analysis, business rules, backlog creation and scope definition * Solid technical understanding and effective collaboration with Architects, Developers and QA Engineers * Experience working closely with UX/UI teams * Experience supporting estimation, roadmap creation and transition from Discovery into delivery * Fluent English * Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat) * Independent, proactive and goal-oriented approach with strong ownership * Work from the European Union region and a valid work permit required Nice to have: * Experience applying GenAI in a structured way within the SDLC (workflows, prompt patterns, tool integrations) **Czego wymagamy?** 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Discovery * Analiza wymagań * Prowadzenie warsztatów * Zarządzanie interesariuszami * Modelowanie procesów biznesowych * User stories * Tworzenie roadmapy * Komunikacja Mile widziane: * Praca z AI * Współpraca z zespołem UX/UI Języki: * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 18.5k–25.2k PLN netto/m (B2B) * B2B - Praca projektowa (100%) * Praca zdalna: Brak **Kim jesteśmy?** Xebia is a global, award-winning, AI-first consulting, software engineering, and training company.
