Senior Business Analytics Analyst - Data Analyst

**Scope:** * We are looking for a Senior Data Solutions Analyst to independently own data solution delivery across key business domains. In this forward-deployed role, you will sit at the intersection of AI and Data, acting as a catalyst for company-wide transformation. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, contribute to solution architecture, and bridge the gap between technical data capabilities, emerging AI technologies, and strategic business outcomes. **What You Will Do** * Forward-Deployed Collaboration: Embed directly with global business units to translate ambiguous goals into robust, and high-impact AI/Data use cases. * AI-Driven Transformation: Champion the integration of generative AI, and automation into core data and business workflows to drive company-wide operational shifts and efficiencies. * Data & AI Solutions: Lead the discovery, prototyping, and deployment of innovative AI applications (e.g., LLM-powered tools) alongside traditional scalable dashboards, analytical products, and self-service reporting capabilities. * Architecture Contribution: Participate in solution architecture discussions, defining data modeling standards, and integration plans for both traditional data pipelines and modern AI infrastructure. * Executive Narratives: Build high-impact dashboards using semantic models that translate complex metrics and algorithmic outputs into clear business insights. * Documentation: Maintain comprehensive solution documentation, data dictionaries, and end-user enablement materials. **What we are looking for** * Experience: 5–7 years in data solutions and advanced analytics, with a proven track record of deploying Data and GenAI solutions in a business context. * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. * Core Technical Skills: Expert-level SQL, proven dimensional data modeling, experience scaling enterprise-level cloud data platforms, and hands-on experience with LLM APIs or predictive modeling. * Change Agent & Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of leading discovery sessions, translating complex business problems into elegant data solutions, and driving adoption of new AI technologies across non-technical teams. * Data Governance: Familiarity with data governance concepts **Our Values** If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
