Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.    Leads Business Analysis activities for complex initiatives, operating independently while influencing decisions and mentoring less experienced analysts. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities -------------------- * Lead end-to-end analysis activities * Facilitate discovery workshops * Perform root cause and impact analysis * Assess data and integration impacts. * Define data and interface requirements * Partner on solution design * Drive decisions through options and trade-offs * Identify risks, assumptions and dependencies * Challenge assumptions before solutioning * Coach junior analysts Expected Behaviours ------------------- * Works independently * Influences stakeholders * Balances business and technical considerations * Demonstrates systems thinking * Uses AI effectively Typical Experience ------------------ * Several years BA experience * Strong facilitation and stakeholder management * Experience across domains and products Education, Domain Knowledge & Tooling ------------------------------------- ### Education Bachelor degree or equivalent ### Professional Certifications (Nice-to-have) * IIBA CCBA/CBAP * PMI-PBA * PSM/PSPO ### Business Domain Knowledge * Experience in one or more O2C domains ### Tooling Experience * Jira * SAP/PEGA/Salesforce * BPMN (Aris of similar) * AI tools **What we offer** _We give you the freedom to be yourself.
