**Senior Business Process Analyst** **Ecolab Business Solutions (EBS)** We are seeking a **Business Process Analyst** to join the **Ecolab Business Solutions (EBS)** as part of the **Master Data Conversion team**. This role plays a key part in delivering global **SAP deployments**, ensuring high‑quality, business‑ready Master Data across regions, business units, and complex data landscapes. The Senior Business Process Analyst operates with a high level of autonomy, leading Master Data conversion activities, partnering closely with business and functional stakeholders, and driving data readiness, quality, and governance throughout the deployment lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead Master Data conversion activities for SAP deployments across multiple regions and business units * Own end‑to‑end data transformation for one or more Master Data domains from legacy systems into SAP * Assess data migration scope, complexity, and quality; define and coordinate data cleansing and remediation activities with business teams * Develop, review, and optimize data transformation logic using ETL solutions to extract, transform, and load Master Data * Provide clear visibility on data readiness, risks, and quality to project and business stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle * Guide countries and regions through the end‑to‑end SAP data migration process, ensuring adherence to standards and governance * Act as a senior point of contact for complex data and system issues, providing business and technical diagnostics and resolution support * Contribute to the definition and evolution of data conversion standards, best practices, and methodologies **Required Skills & Experience** * Extensive experience working with **SAP Master Data** (ECC and/or S/4HANA) * Strong hands‑on experience with **SQL** and ETL / data transformation tools * Deep understanding of Master Data domains and corresponding business processes, cross‑domain dependencies, and data governance principles * Proven ability to work independently and lead Master Data activities within complex, global programs * Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business‑relevant outcomes * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills **Why Join Us?** * Lead high‑impact, global SAP transformations * Influence enterprise Master Data standards and governance * Work at the intersection of business, process, and technology within a global organization
