Use your expertise to translate data into a trusted resource that supports IT operations and informs decisions across our growing North American company. **Careers Packed with Potential.** Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on. **Position Responsibilities** * Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented. * Develop reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support audits, configuration status, lifecycle and executive decision making. * Improve data accuracy by implementing automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations. * Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies to ensure consistency and reliability. * Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data, translating findings into scalable CMBD capabilities. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience. * 10+ years of IT experience, with a strong understanding of ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium. * Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar technologies. * Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills. * Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery. **Benefits** * Complete health insurance coverage and 401(k) with 6% employer match that starts day one! * Multiple bonus programs. * Paid holidays and generous paid time off. * Tuition Assistance Program that covers professional continuing education. **Employee Perks** * On-site café and first-class fitness center with complimentary personal trainers. * Over four miles of beautifully maintained walking trails. **About Uline** Uline, a family-owned company, is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with over 9,800 employees across 14 locations.
