Senior Consultant

**Responsibilities:** * Participate in marketing and business development of new opportunities.  * Responsible for working on multidisciplinary strategic planning and economic advisory projects, covering areas such as regional development strategy, master planning, mixed-use development, industrial planning, cultural and tourism planning, feasibility analysis, and sustainability consulting. * Have econometric capabilities, an understanding of regional markets, familiarity with forecasting, and the ability of data analysis.  * Research local and regional economic issues and provide consultation regarding the development of dynamic regional and local economies, as well as urban and rural regeneration.  * May draft and prepare reports based on project outcomes.  * Highly experienced professional with ability of large and complex projects management and could possess full technical control over projects.  * May supervise the work of others and conduct performance evaluations.  **Requirements:** * Master Degree in economics, finance, geography, social science, or related fields. * Generally requires 7+ years related experience in a comparable position. * Prior consulting experience strongly preferred, but non-consultant candidates with relevant experience will be considered.  * Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. * Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin. * Good numeracy skills and experience with socioeconomic data analysis. * Solid experience of report writing and related experience in project management. * A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment. * Relevant experience working in a sustainable or economic development environment would be advantageous.
