Job description & summary ------------------------- * Co-lead projects across the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to testing, implementation, and change management. * Act as a trusted advisor to clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. * Support the delivery of technology-focused transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. * Coordinate project teams and mentor junior colleagues within your area of expertise. * Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and help shape solution proposals. * Contribute to project planning, governance, and delivery management activities. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. * Participate in business development activities, including pre-sales, proposal preparation, and upselling opportunities. * Collaborate with local and international PwC teams on cross-border engagements. What matters to us ------------------ * 2-5 years of experience in consulting, financial services, fintech, or technology advisory environments. * Proven experience delivering projects with a strong technology component. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project delivery practices. * Solid knowledge of business processes within the banking and financial services sector. * Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. * Fluent English and Czech or Slovak language skills.
