Senior Design Engineer

**Overview** We are seeking a skilled **Senior Design Engineer (Indoor)** to lead the design and development of air-conditioner indoor unit structures. This role will focus on product design, performance validation, and cost optimization to support new model development. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop indoor unit structures (3D models and technical drawings) * Conduct structural testing, analysis, and validation to ensure product performance and reliability * Perform cost analysis and optimization aligned with product targets * Support new product development (NPD) from concept through testing phase * Ensure designs meet engineering standards, quality, and cost requirements **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in air-conditioner or HVAC structure design * Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MS Office * Strong understanding of design, testing, and cost engineering principles ****Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
