Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

**Job Description & Summary** We’re seeking **a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team at PwC Lithuania. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and are passionate about digital marketing, design, and driving online engagement, we want to hear from you!  **In this role, you will:**  * **Design Creation:** Create engaging, on-brand visual assets (static and dynamic) for a range of platforms and purposes, including websites, social media, email marketing, posters, presentations, and other digital and print materials.  * **Daily Social Media Management:** Manage the company’s social media presence across various platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others; develop a social media calendar; generate content ideas; create visual assets (static and dynamic); write post copy; publish content; and monitor performance and engagement analytics.  * **Email Marketing Management:** Manage email campaigns by creating and segmenting audience lists, preparing and sending targeted communications through several of the company’s email marketing platforms, and monitoring campaign performance and analytics.  * **Daily Web Management:** Manage and maintain website content by creating, updating, editing, and removing pages and information; uploading assets; ensuring alignment with brand guidelines; and monitoring basic web performance and analytics.  * **Digital Advertising Management:** Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms.
