This leader will partner closely with Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Business stakeholders to drive digital transformation, process harmonization, and operational excellence across a complex global landscape. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, deep SAP Finance expertise, and proven leadership experience in building high-performing teams and delivering large-scale transformation programs. This role will be instrumental in advancing VF’s Finance Transformation journey through SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, Group Reporting, SAC Planning, and integrated finance solutions supporting Wholesale, Retail, eCommerce, and Marketplace channels. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.  **_S_****_trategic Leadership_** * _Define and execute the global Finance Technology vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap in partnership with Finance and Business leadership._ * _Drive enterprise-wide Finance transformation initiatives that enhance business value, standardization, and scalability._ * _Identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes, data quality, automation, and operational efficiency._ **_Product & Technology Leadership_** * _Lead the global Finance Technology product portfolio, including SAP S/4HANA Finance and related platforms._ * _Drive the implementation and adoption of:_ * _SAP Central Finance (CFIN)_ * _SAP Group Reporting_ * _SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning_ * _Embedded Analytics and Finance Innovations_ * _Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, security, audit, and compliance standards._ **_Solution Delivery & Transformation_** * _Lead large-scale global programs across Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Regulatory functions._ * _Guide teams through all phases of delivery, including strategy, design, build, testing, deployment, hypercare, and support transition._ * _Manage project budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting._ **_Business Partnership_** * _Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Shared Services, and Controllership teams to define future-state processes and technology solutions._ * _Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into technology roadmaps and execution plans._ * _Support global process harmonization and deployment of enterprise standards across regions and brands_ **_People Leadership_** * _Build, lead, and develop high-performing global teams of product managers, SMEs, consultants, and delivery partners._ * _Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement._ * _Coach and mentor leaders and team members to support professional growth and organizational success_ **What do you need to succeed?**  We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.
