Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Own the strategy, relationship map, and commercial plan for a portfolio of strategic and named accounts in Mexico, spanning retail and wholesale.
• Build and maintain trusted, executive-level relationships (C-suite and VP-level) within target and existing accounts.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close, in partnership with presales, solution consulting, and partner teams.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities (cross-sell/upsell) within the existing customer base in coordination with Customer Success.
• Develop and execute account-based go-to-market plans, aligning marketing, partners, and internal stakeholders around shared account objectives.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue, and manage accounts within RELEX's CRM and sales methodology.
• Represent RELEX at industry events, customer forums, and executive briefings to build market presence and brand credibility in Mexico.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure customer feedback shapes RELEX's roadmap and go-to-market approach in the region.
• Mentor and collaborate with account and sales development team members supporting the Mexico territory.
• Provide accurate, timely reporting on account status, risks, and opportunities to regional and global leadership.
Qualifications Required:
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 5 years in a strategic account management, key account, or senior sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts, ideally within retail, supply chain, CPG, Retail, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success closing six- and seven-figure SaaS/enterprise software deals with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Experience building and executing account plans and go-to-market strategies at the executive level.
• Strong network and credibility within the Mexican retail, wholesale, or consumer goods sector.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Mexico and occasionally internationally.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Preferred:
• Background in supply chain planning, retail planning, merchandising, or workforce management software.
• Experience selling into or partnering with major Mexican or LatAm retail groups.
• Familiarity with value-based/consultative selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Value Selling, Challenger).
• Experience working in a fast-growing, international SaaS company.
