Sr. Dispatch Supervisor

**What You'll Be Doing**
* Lead daily ready mix dispatch operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time product deliveries.
* Optimize fleet and driver scheduling to maximize service levels and operational performance.
* Monitor transportation and dispatch metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Partner with operations, sales, and customer service teams to quickly resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
* Coach, develop, and support dispatch team members while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
**What Are We Looking For**
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate work in a dynamic transportation, logistics, or operations environment.
* Strong knowledge of dispatching, routing, fleet coordination, and customer service practices.
* Proven capability to analyze operational data, solve problems, and make sound business decisions.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
* Strong organizational skills and proficiency with transportation, dispatch, and business management systems.
**Work Environment**
* Primarily office-based with regular interaction with drivers, operations personnel, and customers.
* Fast-paced environment requiring effective prioritization and responsiveness to changing business needs.
* Frequent use of computers, dispatch software, and communication systems.
* May require occasional travel and flexibility in work schedules to support State of Georgia operational requirements.
