**Job Title:** Senior Engineer, Chemical Process Engineering **Job Description:** **The Role:**  * Entegris Yonezawa Plant is seeking Process Engineer, Yonezawa Facility to join our team.   * We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in   *  インテグリス米沢工場では、米沢工場で勤務するシニア・インダストリアル・エンジニアを募集しています。  * 当社は、製造業務全般における継続的改善活動を主導・支援する、高度なスキルと豊富な経験を持つシニア・インダストリアル・エンジニアを募集しています。採用された方は、以下の分野において重要な役割を担っていただきます。  * Supporting related functions such as production team, Process Engineering team in driving continuous improvement activities with respect to yield, capacity, reliability, quality, productivity, energy, cost effectiveness and optimizing production processes.  * Working with related function teams to build and sustain safe, reliable and efficient operation of the process involving membrane, Liquid filter, Gas filter, injection molding components, Dispense Pump.   * 生産チームやプロセスエンジニアリングチームなどの関連部門を支援し、歩留まり、生産能力、信頼性、品質、生産性、エネルギー効率、費用対効果の向上、および生産プロセスの最適化に向けた継続的改善活動を推進する。  * 関連する機能チームと連携し、膜、液体フィルター、ガスフィルター、射出成形部品、ディスペンスポンプを含むプロセスの、安全かつ信頼性が高く効率的なオペレーションを構築・維持する。  **In this role you will:**  * Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.   * Lead and facilitate annual cost saving activities across plant organization  * Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.  * Design and optimize factory layouts and workflows.   * Develop and standardize work procedures and provide training to operators.   * Support process design and implementation during the introduction of new equipment.   * Monitor and improve KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD).   * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects.  * Support Continuous Improvement team on various activities and trainings.  * Work with Product Management team and production team on capacity planning.   * 生産性と効率性を高めるため、工程改善の取り組みを主導し、実行する。  * 工場組織全体における年次コスト削減活動を主導し、推進する。  * 生産データを分析してボトルネックを特定し、効果的な解決策を提案する。  * 工場のレイアウトと業務フローを設計・最適化する。  * 作業手順を策定・標準化し、オペレーターへのトレーニングを実施する。  * 新しい設備の導入に際し、プロセスの設計および導入を支援する。  * 安全、品質、コスト、納期（SQCD）に関連するKPIを監視し、改善する。  * 部門横断的なチームと連携し、戦略的なプロジェクトを推進する。  * 継続的改善（CI）チームの様々な活動や研修を支援する。  * プロダクトマネジメント（PM）チームおよび製造チームと連携し、生産能力計画の策定を行う。  **Traits we believe make a strong candidate:**  Required:（必須条件）  * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.   * Minimum **3** years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.   * Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.   * Proficiency in industrial engineering tools such as time studies and line balancing.   * Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (TOEIC score \>500).  * 産業工学、化学工学、機械工学、電気工学、または関連分野における学士号以上。  * 製造現場における産業工学の分野で、3年以上の実務経験があること。   * リーン生産方式、シックスシグマ、およびカイゼン手法の実務経験。  * タイムスタディやラインバランシングなどの産業工学ツールに精通していること。  * 日本語および英語のビジネスレベルでの運用能力（TOEICスコア500点以上）。  Preferred:（歓迎要件）  * Experience working in global manufacturing environments.   * Project management experience.   * Working experience in Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical industry  * Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel VBA or Power BI.  * Experience Kaizen activities based on Toyota Production System  * Six sigma Black Belt or Grenn Belt  * グローバルな製造環境での実務経験  * プロジェクト管理の経験  * 半導体業界または製薬業界での実務経験  * Excel VBAやPower BIなどのデータ分析ツールへの精通  * トヨタ生産方式（TPS）に基づくカイゼン活動の経験  * シックスシグマ・ブラックベルトまたはグリーンベルトの資格  **Your success will be measured by:**  * Tenacity to drive projects completion in a timely manner  * Professionalism, integrity and high degree of accountability  * Ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels and functional groups within the organization  * Ability to leverage technical knowledge and tools to drive continuous improvement  * プロジェクトを期日通りに完了させるための粘り強さ  * プロ意識、誠実さ、そして高い責任感  * 組織内のあらゆる階層や部門のメンバーと協力できる能力  * 技術的な知識とツールを活用し、継続的な改善を推進する能力
