**Position Summary:**
* The Wet Etch & Cleans Engineering Organization is seeking a motivated and collaborative **Senior New Product Development (NPD) Engineer** to design, develop, and support innovative liquid filtration products that drive long-term business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in semiconductor manufacturing and contribute to global technical solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead **New Product Development (NPD)** initiatives from concept to commercialization.
* Apply **Design of Experiments (DOE)** and statistical analysis to optimize filter performance.
* Collaborate with global technical teams and customers to ensure alignment and successful criteria.
* Deliver clear, concise technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
* Mentor and coach junior engineers across cross-functional teams.
* Publish technical work at internal and external conferences.
* Support projects with up to **10% travel**.
**Qualifications and Preferred Skills:**
* Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering and Material Science
* Experience in the following areas is a strong plus:
* Semiconductor process engineering / integration engineering experience
* Hands-on experience with fluid handling equipment, especially filtration and purification systems
* Proven project leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Hands-on experience with Design of Experiments (DOE)
* Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, PowerBI) and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting
