Senior Etl Engineer

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Project scope: * Design, develop and maintain analytical solutions, ETL processes and data pipelines using SSIS, MDX, SQL and OLAP cubes. * Create and maintain semantic models and analytical datasets. * Develop interactive reports based on business requirements. * Optimize data models for performance, scalability and accuracy. * Analyze business requirements and investigate root causes of data issues. * Translate stakeholder needs into effective technical solutions. * Maintain technical documentation, data models and solution designs. What we offer: * Long term IT Services project for a Microsoft Partner, with 100% remote work from Poland and a Cracow office location. * ASAP start, a B2B agreement and diverse projects across multiple industries. * Private medical and dental care covering 70% of costs, a Multisport card and life insurance. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements: * At least 5 years of professional experience in BI, data or SQL programming. * Hands on experience with SSIS and OLAP cubes. * Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including SQL Server. * Practical experience with MDX optimization techniques. * Excellent analytical skills. * Ability to understand business needs, investigate data related issues and propose effective technical solutions. * Good knowledge of Polish and English.
