The appointee will support day-to-day financial operations and service delivery to internal and external stakeholders. **Roles & Responsibilities** Key responsibilities include: * Process staff-related payments, invoices and related enquiries. * Compute liquidated damages for staff development schemes and prepare MOE funding claims. * Support accounting matters for donations, endowment funds, insurance and assigned fund accounts. * Review and improve finance processes with the Reporting Officer. * Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Finance. * Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned. **Requirements** * A Polytechnic Diploma, preferably in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline. * Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations. * Organised, meticulous, and comfortable working with numbers and financial records. * Positive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SAP experience is an advantage. * Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines. **Closing Date** The closing date of the advertisement is **31 August 2026**. _We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified._   **Other Information** NIE staff can take chartered buses at their own expense from or near their home to the NIE campus.
